Write your restaurant’s name on the top line, sign the line at the bottom, then:

•           post copies in all your employee work areas

•           staple copies to each employees paycheck, and

•           if you hold regular staff meetings or “pre-meal” meetings, introduce your green goal and ask our staff for ideas and about opportunities they see to become more eco-friendly. 

By asking for ideas from your staff, in your meetings and/or from the flyers, you are involving your staff, and staff members who feel more involved are more likely to go out of their way to help.

You will also see how the power of an eco-friendly culture can take on a life of it’s own sprouting up new eco-friendly opportunities for your restaurant. 

Save this page in your favorites file so you can print more flyers when you need them.  We also recommend that you included a copy with your employee handbooks for all new employees.
